Roffy House is located less than 2 miles from the historic village of Corfe Castle, with fine views of the Purbeck hill ridges to the west and east, the prominent Corfe Castle ruins to the north and the seaside town of Swanage to the South. The nearby stream railway can be heard in the distance.

Access to Roffy House is along the quite Sandy Hill Lane, that leads out of Corfe Castle from under the railway bridge, opposite Corfe Castle.
