The Music Room was later developed as a room for musicians from London to practice for concerts, recitals and dancing by the property's operatic owners in the 1930s. The Music Room has been characterfully converted into a thatched, two-bedroomed guest cottage. It enjoys its own small private garden and suntrap decking area; overlooking the picturesque Grade II listed Roffy House and its extensive private gardens.

Feature spiral staircase** to First Floor: Bedroom 2 with double bed.

**The spiral staircase is not suitable for small children.
